3. Prices

The prices for our services are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

4. Payment Policy

4.1. Deposit

A 50% deposit is required for all projects before work can begin. This deposit will be used to cover the costs of labor.

4.2. Final Payment

The remaining 50% of the project cost is due upon approval of the final design. Once the final payment has been received, your project will be printed and shipped to the address you provide.

5. Cancellations

If you cancel a project before it is completed, you may be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be based on the amount of work that has been completed on the project.

6. Refunds

If your project just started, you may request a refund. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Inkat.

7 Reprint Policy

We will only reprint in the following cases:

Incorrect product: The product you received is not the product you ordered.
Defective product: The product you received is defective.
Missing prints: The product you received is missing prints.
Color mismatch: The color of the printed product is 90% different from the color on the design.

If you believe that you qualify for a reprint, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will require you to provide photos and videos of the incorrect, defective, missing, or misprinted product.

Once we have received your photos and verified that you qualify for a reprint, we will issue a reprint order.

We will not reprint products that have been damaged by the customer. This includes damage caused by water, fire, or other environmental factors.

We will also not reprint products that have been used.

We reserve the right to refuse a reprint request if we believe that the customer is abusing our reprint policy.
